I am a political scientist, research fellow at the Institute for Advanced Research (IEA), University of São Paulo (USP), NAP-CAENI lab, and researcher at the San Sebastián University (USS, Santiago de Chile). My research focuses on political institutions, bureaucracy, public policy, and foreign policy.
